今日のブログは、食物栄養学科で英語を担当されているケント先生から、海外語学研修の紹介です。今年は13名の２年生が、来月から１ヶ月間ニュージーランドに滞在し、英語を学びます。英語の勉強だけでなく、お楽しみもいろいろあるようですよ。

In just a few weeks these 13 students will be on their way to Auckland, New Zealand for the Department of Food and Nutrition’s one-month study abroad! They have been preparing for this trip for two years by taking English Communication I, II, III, and IV. And they will finally be able to practice what they have learned.
While in New Zealand, they will stay with a host family, study English, and experience many new and exciting things, for example, sailing, visit a museum, go sightseeing, ride a jet boat any many more fun activities! Most importantly, they have special food and nutrition related activities including 4 cooking classes, a supermarket nutritional tour, and a visit to a chocolate boutique.
